Graham started his accounting career with South African conglomerate and multinational Barloworld in South Africa. He subsequently moved to London where he worked for Anne Street Partners Limited as CFO and London Town Group Plc as Group Financial Controller. Anne Street is a corporate finance and private equity house that evaluates investments propositions for entities associated with The Lord Ashcroft KCMG.

Graham has extensive financial and accounting experience across start ups, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, private equity funding and banking relationships. He successfully worked through the restructuring of London Town and its subsequent acquisition of some 250 pubs in a transaction in excess of $250 million. He has also worked on and led the flotation of a number of companies onto the London Stock Exchange, principally Digital Marketing Group Plc and Global Health Partner Plc.

Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting with honours from Stellenbosch University, one of South Africa’s top 4 universities in research. He joined IMDM in early 2009 as the Chief Financial Officer and was subsequently appointed to the Board as an Executive Director.
