Drawing up the unique soil and ideal climate of the distinctive Granite Belt region, Au Pinot Noir displays a beautiful, vibrant colour with black cherry accents and rounds out with substantial savoury flavours of mushroom on the nose. The silky gamy palate combines with fine oak tannins delivering substantial flavour despite its delicacy.
