The fruit for this wine was grown at Aussie Vineyard’s very own stunning Henty Estate located at Ballandean in the Granite Belt in Queensland.
Our distinctive 2008 Au Granite Belt Cabernet Franc displays wonderful black fruit coupled with liquorice and tobacco notes on the nose. Fine tannins along with subtle elements of pencil shavings and dark berry on the palate, make this wine perfect for drinking now and will develop more spicy characteristics with careful cellaring.
