Element 79 is the limited release big brother of our
Award-winning ‘Au’ range of wines – estate-grown in the bountiful Granite Belt of Queensland’s southeast.
Our 2008 Granite Belt Cabernet Sauvignon shows a rich blend of blackberry aromas, supported by hints of tobacco and chocolate. On the palate, intense dark berry flavours meld with firm tannins and soft oak delivering length and persistence. 2008 was an exceptional vintage for the Granite Belt and our red grapes thrived in near perfect growing and ripening conditions – producing intensely flavoured fruit.
