Element 79 is the limited release big brother of our award-winning ‘Au’ range of wines – estate-grown in the bountiful Granite Belt of Queensland’s southeast.
Our Hinterland Mist is a balanced and harmonic white Muscat. Its glowing pale lemon colour compliments a glorious floral and citrus nose. Offering a mouth-filling, grapey palate, this pleasantly sweet wine is crisp and refreshing. Its spice and honey finish pairs beautifully with chocolate and coffee cakes, walnuts and pecans or zesty lemon cream pie.
